RETURN POLICY

1. Unboxing videos are a must.
2. Send the photo of damaged items. Whether the damages were from a manufacturing flaw or from the fault of our team, we will examine the evidence.
3. Sudden change of mind because of any reason, item cannot be return unless damaged after receiving and wrong size fault by our team.
4. Within 48 hours of receiving the damaged items and with approval from upper management, we will allow the things to be returned to our hub in the USA or UAE (local customer)
5. Kindly provide the soft/hard copy of the invoice indicated the date and grams of the items.
6. NO CASH REFUND. Store credit will be given once we received the returned items.
7. ITEMS DAMAGED THAT ARE NOT SENT BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
